Hi there - I am Driving King

My journey to becoming an online driving educator hasn't always been easy for me. Actually, I never really thought of becoming an entrepreneur, teaching students how to drive online, but now I truly believe that everything happens for a reason.

Let's rewind back the clock

I was driving instructor full time for 25 years working to do my driver education instructor course.

After I suffered a rather serious injury that left the doctors uncertain about its healing time, I had to make the difficult decision to withdraw from the course and leave my position as a driving instructor and find a desk job that wouldn't strain my recovery.

Going through this unexpected shift was truly disheartening, but I made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to give up and would put in my best efforts no matter where I ended up.

Time have passed and I find myself working at a car sales company that I absolutely love. My co-workers are amazing and I feel like I've accomplished something great.

Despite exploring various career paths, I always found myself drawn back to teaching. I was fortunate to have a full-time job with benefits, and my paycheck was quite generous considering the high cost of living in the UK.

However, as I lay in bed each night, a nagging feeling would creep up in my gut - this isn't my true calling. I knew deep down that I was meant for something more. I couldn't ignore the yearning to return to teaching, but I wasn't sure how to make it happen.

And that's when it hit me - why not combine my passion for teaching with my expertise in driving? So, I decided to embark on a journey and created this one-stop-shop for all new drivers where they can find everything they need to feel more confident behind the wheel and successfully pass their driving test.

I totally get how challenging it can be to juggle all of your responsibilities while also working towards passing the driving test and becoming an independent driver.

Finding the perfect driving school and instructor, making time for endless lessons, and covering the costs can seem like an impossible task. It's understandable to feel overwhelmed when trying to juggle everything in order to pass your driving test and get on the road.

But don't worry, I am here to help!

Through my unique and creative approach, combined with my 25 years experience as a driving instructor, I was able to:

→ Help countless UK students in successfully passing their driving exams.
→ Support international students who are new to driving in the UK, helping them become acquainted with the rules and regulations
→ Help those who may have lost confidence get back on the roads and regain their skills
→ Aid taxi drivers in completing their UK taxi tests
→ Help students who wish to enhance their skills in areas such as motorway driving and night driving.

Believe it or not, learning to drive doesn't have to be confusing and complicated. My goal is to provide you with clear and understandable guides, resources, and step-by-step courses so that you can confidently pursue your driving journey and thrive wherever you may go.

A few fun facts about me

  • My first car was Mazda, it lasted me 10 years and it was shared car with my brother.

  • In my free time, I love taking leisurely drives. I’ve been on many road trips throughout the years. Exploring new destinations by road is my ultimate pleasure!
